Truth in Taxation Hearing / Final Budget Approval

If a property tax levy increase is considered, a Truth-in-Taxation hearing is held per ARS 15-1461.01. A separate meeting follows to approve/disapprove the budget.

Discussions of projected revenues and expenses form the basis for the final budget approval in May. If a property tax levy increase is considered, a Truth in Taxation hearing will be advertised per ARS 15-1461.01.
