Google Gemini

Google Gemini is an AI chat tool that can help you brainstorm ideas, draft and summarize writing, explore complex topics, and assist with research and creative projects.

To access, use the link below. Make sure you are not logged into a Google account, then click Sign In. Enter your YC username@yc.edu then you will be taken to the YC authentication to verify your username and enter your YC password.

Google NotebookLM

NotebookLM is a Google tool that lets you upload your class notes, PDFs, articles, and websites, then ask questions about all of them at once. It's like having a study partner who has read everything and can help you make connections across your materials.

A writing assistant with AI features that checks grammar, spelling, tone, and clarity across emails, documents, and learning materials. Sign up using your YC email address to access Grammarly's AI writing assistance.

LinkedIn Learning

YC students have free access to LinkedIn Learning's AI courses. Build in-demand skills with short courses on AI basics, applications, and emerging tools.

You will need to create a LinkedIn profile first to access the lessons. Creating a LinkedIn profile is free of charge. After you have created your profile go to the myYC Portal. Click on Students and then select LinkedIn Learning. You may be prompted to login to your LinkedIn account. Once you do so, LinkedIn Learning will be connected to your personal LinkedIn account.
