  • HR Reception – provides assistance to all visitors, students, faculty, staff, and retirees
  • Provides campus support for general HR inquiries and employee concerns
  • Responds to applicant inquiries
  • Processes new hire I-9 forms
  • Maintains CHRO Calendar
  • Coordinates CHRO email
  • Maintains new employee reporting
  • Coordinates assignment of new employee mentors

  • Supports Business Partners in processing of new adjunct faculty, part time, and work study/student employees
  • Provides backup campus support for general HR inquiries and employee concerns
  • Coordinates New Employee Orientation
  • Faculty and Staff in the areas of Instructional Support, Performing Arts, Professional Programs and Visual Arts, BUS, EDU, ECE, AJS, LAW (excluding the FEC), and Science Health and Public Safety.
  • Ensures a consistent and equitable hiring process that welcomes a vibrant and talented workforce.
  • Ensures data integrity of applicant, faculty, staff, retiree, and student employee information in the Human Resources System.
  • Oversees employee benefits and new hire orientations.
  • Leave administration and support, including FMLA compliance and tracking.
  • Employee relations concerns, performance reviews, worker’s comp, unemployment questions
  • Facilitates provision of HR Services to the Finance and Administrative Services Division and the REDC.

  • Leads benefits plan strategies and administration, including review and implementation of new initiatives.

  • Responsible for the consistent, organized delivery of services provided by human resource business partners to college. employees and departments including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave administration, employee relations, and compensation.
