Find course reserves

Borrow course related material for use in the Library.

What are course reserves?

An instructor can set aside a personal copy of a course textbook or any other material (slides, library books or DVDs, etc.) they want students to access for a limited time.

Is my textbook on reserve?

You can search for reserves in the Catalog. You can search by:

  • course name
  • course ID
  • instructor name

Call the Circulation desk to get a scanned PDF copy.

Borrowing policy

Most materials can be used in the Library for up to 3 hours.

Course reserves are normally kept at the closest campus library where the course is held. Ask for materials at the Circulation Desk.

Please have your course name ready (i.e. ENG 101).

Why can't I find any materials for my course?

Not all course textbooks are available. Talk to your instructor if they haven't placed the textbook on reserve.
