Apply for On-Campus Housing

Follow the instructions on this page to apply for housing at Yavapai College

Please carefully review this important information before you apply for on-campus housing

  1. Review the housing and meal plan costs before you apply
  2. Review the policies, regulations and expectations of living on campus in the Housing Handbook
  3. Review the 2023-2024 annual housing contract before you apply
    • Please note: This is a legally binding contract for the entire academic year. There is not a “fall only” contract option. This contract is for a full academic year contract or spring semester only contract. A student checking out of or evicted from the halls prior to the end of the contract period is financially obligated for the entire contract amount, including room and meal plan charges.
  4. Reservation Cancellation Deadline for Fall Semester: July 1, 2023
    • In the event that a non-occupying housing applicant provides electronic notification of cancellation to the Office of Residence Life Prior to July 1 for annual contracts, $150 of their housing deposit may be refunded. The $50 processing fee is non-refundable.
    • Cancellation requests received after July 1 will result in a loss of the $200 housing deposit.
