- Review the 2023-2024 annual housing contract before you apply
- Please note: This is a legally binding contract for the entire academic year. There is not a “fall only” contract option. This contract is for a full academic year contract or spring semester only contract. A student checking out of or evicted from the halls prior to the end of the contract period is financially obligated for the entire contract amount, including room and meal plan charges.
- Reservation Cancellation Deadline for Fall Semester: July 1, 2023
- In the event that a non-occupying housing applicant provides electronic notification of cancellation to the Office of Residence Life Prior to July 1 for annual contracts, $150 of their housing deposit may be refunded. The $50 processing fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests received after July 1 will result in a loss of the $200 housing deposit.

- Students living in the residence halls are highly encouraged to register for 15 credit hours (full-time) of coursework per semester in order to complete their degree on time. Students living in the residence halls must be registered for a minimum of 12 credit hours of coursework per semester and be at least 17 years of age at the time of move-in.
- Residence Halls are a drug and alcohol-free environment.
- The following immunizations are required or highly recommended in the residence hall living environment:
- MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella) - required
- Covid-19 - highly recommended
- Meningococcal - highly recommended
- Hepatitis B - highly recommended
