Follow the instructions on this page to apply for housing at Yavapai College

  • Yavapai College network login - required
  • Credit/debit/e-check ($200 online deposit) - required
  • Immunization records in digital format - required

Apply for On-Campus Housing

Housing assignments are on a first come first serve basis, so the quicker you complete each step, the sooner the Office of Residence Life can reserve your room for the upcoming academic year

Step 1. Read and Review the following housing documents


Step 2. Fill out the housing application

1.) You MUST be logged into your YC account before you click on the "Apply for Housing" application link

Click on the yellow myYC button in the upper right-hand corner of this page to log in

2.)Once logged in, click on Students Housing Application 19-20

Step 3. Pay your deposit online

Applications are not processed until deposits ($200 USD) have been received.

Step 4. Provide your immunization records

Upload digital immunization documents - required during the application process


Step 5. Check your YC scholar email for confirmation of housing reservation

After you receive an email explaining that housing and meal plan charges have been added to your account, please pay in full or establish a payment plan immediately to reserve your room space.


Step 6. Login to your YC account and pay housing/meal plan fees

Login your YC account: -> Students -> Payment Center
