Apply for On-Campus Housing

Follow the instructions on this page to apply for housing at Yavapai College

  • Yavapai College network login - required
  • Credit/debit/e-check ($200 online deposit) - required
  • Immunization records in digital format - required

Please read and review the following before you start your application:

  • Residence hall and meal costs
  • Spring 2020 only: 2019-2020 Housing Contract
  • For Fall 2020 - Spring 2021: 2020-2021 Housing Contract
  • Students living in the residence halls are highly encouraged to register for 15 credit hours (full-time) of coursework per semester in order to complete their degree on time. Students living in the residence halls must be registered for a minimum of 12 credit hours of coursework per semester and be at least 17 years of age at the time of move-in. 
  • Residence Halls are a drug and alcohol-free environment.

Please print, sign and return under 18 documentation to the Office of Residence Life.

Housing assignments are on a first come first serve basis, so the quicker you complete each step, the sooner the Office of Residence Life can reserve your room for the upcoming academic year.

All notifications about next steps and balances or documentation due will be sent to your email accounts on record.

Applications are not considered complete until deposits ($200 USD) have been received and processed.

Step 3. Provide your immunization records

Upload digital immunization documents - Applications are not considered complete immunization records have been received and processed.

When you are uploading your document, please be sure to:

  • Under Where should we deliver this document?, choose "Residence Life"
  • Under What type of document you are uploading? choose "Immunization Record"


Once you have completed your 3 step application process:

  • You will receive an email explaining that your housing application is complete and your reservation is secure.

After your housing and meal plan charges have been placed on your account (check your YC email regularly for notification) :

  • Login your YC account
  • Pay your housing and meal plan charges immediately: -> My Account -> Payment Center

Paying in full or establishing a payment plan will finalize your room reservation.
