Membership and Courses

The Osher Life Long Learning Institute of Sedona and Verde Valley is an inquiring and engaged community of adults, age 50 and above, who share an interest in learning about traditional disciplines and fascinating new areas of knowledge.

As a member, you belong to a vibrant learning community – a community of peers who have discovered the joy and thrill of learning as well as sharing their knowledge and experience with others in a socially enriching environment.

  • Unlimited Annual Membership $450 – enjoy unlimited classes all year round (4 OLLI terms) for one flat rate!
  • All-Inclusive One Term Membership $170 – a one term membership in which all course offerings for the current term are included.
  • Basic Annual Membership $50 – good for 4 OLLI terms of year-round classes a-la-carte: Each learning group is $35, Each workshop is $15

Special interest groups are available for free to current OLLI members.

Special Interest Groups:

  • Out to Lunch Book Club (Clarkdale) - Join us twice a month for a discussion of books over lunch. The assigned book is discussed, followed by a general discussion of books. Titles change with each term.
  • Integral Sedona (Sedona) – This program focuses on the work of American philosopher Ken Wilber and the many ways his Integral theory helps us to wake up, grow up, clean up, and show up in the world. Sessions will include multimedia presentations, lectures, movies, and group activities.
  • Integral Meditation (Sedona) - A brief satsang is followed by two sessions of 24 minutes in silent meditation.

Drop in Special Interest Group:

  • Chess Club (Sedona) - The OLLI Chess Club continues to be active. Come to play, watch, and learn. Beginners are welcome. Free instruction. No need to register; drop in for a few minutes or stay the full 3 hours.

Membership scholarships for tuition assistance are available on a limited basis. Please complete the scholarship form to the best of your ability, and include any additional detail to be considered when reviewing your application and return it to the OLLI office for review by our Financial Aid Committee.

Donations to our OLLI Membership Scholarship Fund support OLLI tuition scholarships for members who are restricted because of financial circumstances. Please consider sharing the OLLI experience and support this fund with your donation.
